What you'll read in this post:

It seems like it wasn't even 2 weeks ago that we got a new version of Manor Lords...

Oh wait, it was!

On June 11th, Manor Lords publisher Hooded Horse announced that Patch 0.7.975 was released on the main branch. This release mostly focuses on bug fixes and some minor balance changes. Nevertheless, it is still noteworthy that it didn't even take 2 weeks for the developer(s) to send out a new release with these fixes.

In this post, I'll highlight some great new things and fixes. I encourage you to read the full release notes over Steam.

Changes

A few changes are noteworthy.

  • The Food Cart and Firewood Cart would stop importing too soon. They will now keep importing until it reaches their storage limits;
  • By reducing the merchant's travel distance, livestock order imports are now slightly faster;
  • 4 More handcarts were added to the upgraded storehouse, which should improve transport of goods between storehouse, markets and burgage plots;
  • Some farming optimizations.

Fixes

Aside from the mentioned changes, Manor Lords developer also fixed a few bugs.

  • The pause toggle button is now visible on all fields;
  • All villagers can now eat from the Food Cart;
  • Dyers no longer set up Food stalls at the market just because they stock Berries 😂

Some more, smaller bugs were fixed as well. Check out the full notes on Steam to view them all!

Note from Greg

Developer Greg Styczeń wraps up the patch notes with a quick note on the next step.

For the first month after release I tried to be careful not to make any risky changes, my goal was to stabilize the main branch (get rid of the most common, annoying issues). I'll keep reading the feedback [on Discord] too see if that build is stable enough to last us a bit longer, I'd be a nice time to go into the "dev cave" and do some more fun experiments & changes to push the game forward and finally add some new features.

Great stuff Greg! Just crawl back into that cave whence you came and give us more features!
