What you'll read in this post:
In the previous level of Nomori: Prologue, we learned how to spawn Slimebuns. Slimebuns can clear a blocked gate of goo, letting us pass through it to the next level.
Level 3 of Nomori dives a little deeper in the Slimebuns. We'll learn how to use Telekineses to move the big slimey blobs around.
Telekinesis
You might have guessed it already: Slimebuns are not always just falling down the sky to the exact same place you need them to be. They are going to be essential in finishing levels. But only if you know how to move them around.
This is where telekinesis comes into play. Using the F key on your keyboard, you can grab a Slimebun and move it around.
Lifting up a Slimebun using Telekinesis in Nomori
To move the Slimebun, move around with your mouse. The Slimebun will move in the direction you look. You can go left or right, but also up.
To stop controlling the Slimebun, press the F-button again. You'll drop the Slimebun where it stands.
How to beat 'SlimeBun'
To beat this level, we'll have to use Telekinesis to move a Slimebun to the gate.
Start off by moving forward. Jump of the ledge, nudge the Slimekeeper (press E) to spawn a Slimebun.
Cross the bridge to walk through the stone gate. Walk up to the Slimebun and press F to use telekinesis.
While controlling the Slimebun, turn to the right and look up. You'll notice the Slimebun following your gaze. This way, you can lift the Slimebun up the ledge. Press F to drop our slimey friend and stop controlling it.
Head back underneath the stone arch, cross the bridge and turn left to go up the hill.
Carrying the Slimebun to the gate using telekinesis
Turn around to look at the Slimebun, grab it with F and use telekinesis to pull and push the bun to the gate.
Spawning a second Slimebun
As you may have seen, you can spawn a Slimebun every time you walk by the slimekeeper. Does that mean you can spawn multiple slimebuns?
Short answer: no.
As soon as you hit the spawn button, the existing slimebun will disappear and a new one will appear at the spawn point.
Disappointing? Yes. Problem? No, because (spoiler alert) there will be levels with multiple spawners coming up.
