Tips to solve

Are you stuck? Here are a few pointers to get you going. 

• There is only 1 combination of 2 for sum 16 to fill in straight away.
• On the plus side: there are 7 available blocks to apply the 45 rule. Only the TRLC (Top Row, Left Column) and BRRC (Bottom Row, Right Column) don't apply, because they don't have any fields outside of the block. 
• Once you've done that, you can use line matching on the combinations of sum 9 and sum 7 in TRMC, followed by sum 13 in MRMC and sum 7 in BRMC.
• By now, you can fill in sum 9 in BRMC, which leaves only 1 option for sum 15 in BRLC. 
• You can pencil in sum 8 and sum 13 in BRMC. You know where the 9 can't go...
• Fill in both the combination of 3 for sum 19 and the combination of 3 for sum 14 in TRMC.
• Then pencil in sum 16 in MRMC and fill in sum 9 in BRMC. This allows the pencilling in of sum 8 in MRMC and sum 16 in MRMC, after which you can fill in sum 12 in TRMC and sum 8 in BRMC. 
• By now, you only have 9 fields pencilled in the middle column, all other fields are defined.
